3. Transaction Confirmation & Invoices

  • A digital invoice will also be sent to your registered email ID.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for selected locations and is subject to courier partner policies.
  • Customers must make full payment to the delivery agent before receiving the package.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for COD orders unless the product is defective or damaged.

5. Refunds & Payment Issues

  • Refund Processing: If eligible, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your account but the order is not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 3-5 business days by your bank or payment provider.
